Owned by the Louvre MNR 274; listed a second time in Van der Doort, p.190, no 13 along with the date 1634; exchanged 1634 for a Domenico Fetti Vision of St Peter, a Mantua piece now in Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna (from a note on the back of the Fetti). Measurements of Fesch/Louvre Leda and the Swan unconfirmed: 118 x 97 or 113 x 94.5 (?).
A Veronese studio version with relevant measurements (116.8 x 96.5) sold Sotheby's New York on May 28, 1999 (Lot #26), now Dr. Stefanie Gilbert collection USA.
