Gaston le Foix and Page

Note that the work cited in Castle Howard is only a possible match with the seventheenth-century record. The work is clearly similar to Giorgione and School, Portrait of a Warrior and his Groom, Uffizi Gallery 911, 90 x 73 and a Giorgione in the Accademia.

There is also a Gaston Le Foix recorded at Sale inventory WS 203, no 296
