'Henry VII's daughter and wife of James IV of Scotland' refers to Margaret Tudor (1489-1541)
This painting was clearly the prototype used for Daniel Mytens's posthumous portrait which was also in Charles I's collection (recorded in Van der Doort, Bear Gallery, WS 4. no. 17) and is still in the Royal Collection today (RCIN 401181).
